Abstract
The paper is devoted to improving the accuracy of localization of acoustic emission signals. In uence of various factors on the accuracy of the arrival times of signals has been analyzed. The paper suggests a new technique for measuring the arrival time of an AE signal at a transducer. Different localization techniques have been compared.
