Abstract

The rational design and exploitation of fluorescent nanomaterials with excellent properties is of great significance for the detection of lamotrigine (LTG). Herein, a novel lanthanide metal–organic framework was prepared via the self-assembly of a Tb3+ ion and an H2DimTA ligand. The as-prepared material exhibits a lamellar nanostructure with plenty of pyrazole nitrogen sites (specific recognition sites for LTG), which can directly act as fluorescence detectors toward LTG detection. Their outstanding performance with a low limit of detection (1.89 μM), superior anti-interference capability, rapid response, and excellent durability shows their great potential in the field of fluorescence detection.
