Abstract
The impressive development of nano-sciences and technologiesraises currently important and crucial questions. Scientists have a large choice of techniquesto test the differ-enteffects of nano-particles on human health and assess theirenvironmental risk. We believe thatthe development of a new nano-technology has to integrate a complete chain of action including chemical, physical, biological and environmental sciences.
