Fabrication and use of a nanoscale Hall probe for measurements of the magnetic field induced by MFM tips

In the published paper some references were missed. In line four of the last paragraph of page two after the word 'nanostructures' and before the right bracket should be added reference [11]. At the end of the caption for figure 3 should be added reference [12].
