Abstract

Abstract As the core component of the vibroseis, the fatigue reliability of the vibrator baseplate directly affects the vibroseis service life and signal quality. The traditional fatigue reliability analysis methods are the S-N curve method and the fracture mechanics method, but a single fatigue reliability analysis model cannot take into account both the macrostructure load and the micro material structure factors. This paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive analysis model that combines the advantages of the S-N curve method and the fracture mechanics method, to improve the calculation accuracy of the fatigue reliability of the baseplate. First determine the set of factors that affect the fatigue reliability of the baseplate, and establish the weight set and evaluation matrix of the factors by means of scoring by multiple experts, and then obtain the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation set of the baseplate fatigue reliability, and determine the distribution weight of the S-N curve and the fracture mechanics method coefficient, to establish a comprehensive analysis model for the fatigue reliability of the baseplate. And using the structural parameters, working condition parameters and micro-crack parameters of the baseplate as random variables, the fatigue reliability optimization study of the baseplate was carried out. The results showed that the optimized fatigue reliability of the baseplate was increased by 1.8%. The fuzzy comprehensive analysis method proposed in this paper takes into account the respective advantages of S-N curve and fracture mechanics method, can accurately calculate the fatigue reliability of the baseplate, and the optimization results provide engineering guidance suggestions for improving the fatigue life of the baseplate.
